Do my websites need to be on WordPress?
No. SiteDeck monitors any website regardless of CMS, including WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Duda, custom-built, or static HTML. WordPress sites get additional version and plugin detection.
Do you need access to my hosting or CMS?
No credentials required. All health monitoring is done externally: SSL checks, uptime pings, PageSpeed API, RDAP lookups, and sitemap crawling. SiteDeck never touches your servers.
How is data isolated between organizations?
Every database table uses row-level security scoped to your organization. Your data is invisible to other tenants at the database level, not just the application layer. Each organization gets a dedicated subdomain.
Can external contractors use SiteDeck?
Yes. The Contributor role gives freelancers and agency partners manager-level access but only on the websites you assign them. They never see the rest of your portfolio.
